Launched in November 2019, Apple Leisure Group Vacations' Waves loyalty program gives agents a simple way to earn points and multiple ways to spend them. To collect points, book travel across any of ALG's brands. They all go into an agent's Waves account, no matter which operator they book with. To redeem points, agents can shop at ALG's virtual mall or transfer the points to a Virtual Visa card to spend anywhere online Visa payments are accepted. The virtual card can also be synced with Apple iPay, Google Wallet or Samsung Pay. Points can also be used to book future personal travel from select properties or redeemed for flights.
