The 4,086-passenger Bliss, with its Wyland-painted humpback whale on the hull, was christened in Seattle and intended to sail Alaska in the summer. Its showcase feature is the two-deck electric go-kart track, the first on a ship in North America, but equally appealing is the 20,000-square-foot observation lounge with its wrap-around windows for forward viewing. New to Norwegian on the Bliss are connecting staterooms.
