The Kani Ka Pila Grille at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort has made a name for itself as the place to go to listen to Hawaiian music. Its name means "let's play music," and this year it marks its 15th anniversary.
"Music plays an integral part in Hawaii's history and its future; Outrigger is honored to provide a venue for both award-winning and up-and-coming Hawaiian music artists to share their craft while providing meaningful memories for our guests," Sean Dee, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Outrigger Hospitality Group, said in a press release.
The outdoor venue presents live Hawaiian music every night, including performances by award-winning musicians such as Sean Naauao, Hookena and Kawika Kahiapo. The menu includes huli huli chicken, kalua pork quesadillas and other items, in addition to specialty cocktails.
The live music performances run nightly from 6 to 9.
