Seabourn, long known for luxury, will launch two expedition ships in the next two years. The 264-passenger Seabourn Venture is to debut in December 2021, followed by a sister in 2022, both featuring custom-built submarines. The luxury line has a partnership with Thomas Keller, the chef behind the French Laundry in Napa Valley and Per Se in New York.
