The fast-growing luxury line Silversea took delivery of two ships this year that are still waiting to carry passengers: the 596-passenger Silver Moon, which debuts the Sea and Land Taste, or SALT, program, taking passengers deep into a destination's gastronomy, and the 100-passenger Silver Origin, which was purpose-built for the Galapagos Islands. Three more ships are on order through 2023.
