Turkish Airlines on May 27 will launch its 12th U.S. gateway city with direct service between Istanbul Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. 

It will be the carrier's first gateway in the Pacific Northwest. The flights will operate four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft configured with 300 seats.
