Hilton’s luxury brand, which in 2017 closed its namesake New York hotel for a three-year remodel, oversees nearly 30 properties worldwide. In September, the brand opened its first property in Southeast Asia, the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. Stateside, it opened its first Las Vegas property in August, when it converted the Mandarin Oriental to the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, and recently detailed plans to soon enter the Miami market.
