It's not too early to plan for New Year's Eve, especially when it comes to a Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Fireworks by Grucci will return for the 18th time to present America's Party 2024, an eight-minute show fired from eight rooftops -- the MGM Grand, Aria, Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, TI, Venetian, Resorts World and the Strat Hotel, Casino & SkyPod.

The NYE 2024 Time of Your Life Festival at the Fremont Street Experience will feature live entertainment on four stages. Bands include Third Eye Blind, Big Gigantic and Blackstreet.

For the first time, the event will incorporate a Silent Disco, with three dueling DJs competing as guests dance to music played exclusively through wireless headphones. The LED-augmented headphones will change colors as revelers choose between the three music channels and performances.

Gates will open at 6 p.m. Tickets are on sale for $50 (plus tax and fees). Guests must be 21 or older to purchase and attend.

Among the many other festivities:

• The Foundation Room, on the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, will host a prix fixe menu, including a vegetarian option. The 6 p.m. seating is $150 per person, and the 9:30 p.m. seating is $350 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Both include a five-course menu, a glass of Champagne and a 50% discount on an optional open bar package at the Foundation Room Lounge, starting at 9 p.m.

The meal includes potato leek soup, charcuterie, duck confit, wagyu filet and a trio of cheesecakes. The vegetarian menu has the same soup; vegetable charcuterie with hummus, spaghetti squash, farro risotto (braised fennel, jack fruit, sun-dried tomatoes); and cheesecakes.

Call (702) 632-7631 or email fdrlvreservations@livenation.com for reservations. For parties of eight or more, call (702) 632-4803.

• The Legacy Club, the rooftop cocktail lounge at the Circa Resort & Casino, will have cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, live music and fire pit seating on its outdoor terrace beginning at 10 p.m. General admission tickets start at $399 (plus tax and fees. Packages with upgrades (such as premium seating, bottle service and designated servers) for small groups are also available.

• Spiegelworld is ringing in the new year with exclusive packages for "OPM" at Cosmopolitan and "Absinthe" at Caesars Palace.

The package at "OPM" includes a four-course prix-fixe dinner at Superfrico and a celebratory cocktail. Guests can choose to see the 5:30 p.m. show and have dinner afterward or have dinner first and see the 8 p.m. show. Tickets start at $399 (plus tax and fees).

The night at "Absinthe" includes Champagne, a view of the Strip's fireworks and a DJ. Prices are $250, $450 (open bar) and $650 (premium seating at the show).
